Macron are having a lot of fun with Nottingham Forest’s kits this season.
After gifting the club a smart River Trent inspired away kit, the Italian brand have launched a very autumnal looking 3rd shirt for the Tricky Trees.

Resembling a woodland landscape, the grey camouflage strip is a collage of fallen leaves in a rather literal interpretation of what a Forest shirt should look like.
As much at home in Sherwood Forest as the Victoria Centre, you get the impression that Robin Hood would appreciate the shirt’s urban-camouflage style and we’re sure these will prove very popular among Nottingham Forest fans.

The crew-necked 3rd shirt’s details stand-out in a pop of orange against the . . . ahem . . . “unbe-leaf-able” pattern, with “est.1865” embroidered on the back collar and “Nottingham Forest” embossed on the back neck to add classy little touches.
From a practical perspective, the kit which is completed with grey shorts and socks may not give the Reds’ players the visibility they crave on a miserable away day, but overall we think Macron have given Forest fans a winner here.
Tree-mendous!

Not only are they leaves, but specifically oak leaves, in homage of the tree on the badge – the Major Oak, the supposed home of Robin Hood in Sherwood Forest.
It is a glorious shirt, though – real customisation from Macron.
